How to Use
Wet Liner – hard line look: Use this brush with any color of Earth’s Secret Eye Shadow and one drop of TransForm It Shadow to Liner Solution in the Eye Shadow cap. Mix until a paste is formed and apply liner to eyes. Let dry.
Smudge Liner – soft line look: Use this brush with any color of Earth’s Secret Eye Shadow mineral powder. Apply a small amount dry powder to eyes and smudge it along the lash line.
