How to Use

1. Remove a heaping teaspoon of the powdered mask into a small bowl. Add a small amount of Purified Water to the dry mask, stirring well, adding a little more water if needed to form a smooth paste. See Mask Add Ins for creative suggestions.  Mix well.
2. Spread the mask over your clean face and neck. Avoid the eye area.
3. RELAX and let the mask do its thing for 15-20 minutes. The active ingredients in the Extracts may have a tingling sensation.
4. When the mask is dry, apply a warm, wet washcloth to moisten and gently rinse off. DO NOT SCRUB! Pat dry with a clean towel.
5. Follow up with the 15 HERBS MOISTURIZING TONER and AVOCADO MOISTURIZER for Dry Skin.
6. Your skin will be pink due to the increased circulation and natural exfoliation.

Use TWICE a week for extra pampering.

Oatmeal (cooked) helps soothe irritated skin and as a cleanser to clear your skin of built-up oil and impurities, and it exfoliates when you scrub it off.

Plain Yogurt is moisturizing, somewhat antibacterial, and contains lactic acid for a gentle acid peel to gently slough off dead skin, unblocking clogged pores.

Egg Whites are known to tighten skin and reduce pore size.

Cocoa Powder is high in antioxidants.

Turmeric Powder is anti-inflammatory. Great for redness and problem skin.

Honey has antibacterial properties, which is perfect for fighting acne, and also acts as a cleanser. Finally, honey helps moisturize dry skin.

Lemon juice has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. It also brightens skin and, with regular application, can have a bleaching effect on dark spots.

Cinnamon also anti-bacterial, helps to repair the skin and renew the cells, to reduce acne scarring. Some say has a gentle plumping effect to reduce lines and wrinkles.

Papaya, Pineapple, or Strawberries high in nutrients, vitamins, natural enzymes and fruit acids to create a gentle acid peel to slough off dead skin.
