We will be located at Cottage #17 this year!
Bring the family and friends to this wonderful Holiday Event. Hoping for warm fall weather. Swedish Baked goods served at the Community Building, looking at the Architecture of the Cottages, Activities and Crafts for Kids of all ages, and 2 Food Trucks offering lunch entrees are also highlights!

Pumpkin and Balsam Soaps
Our Hot Process Soaps are made with plant oils, herbs, spices, and scented with real plant essential oils for healing and mood enhancement. What a fun novelty gift for yourself or hostess during the Holiday Season.
PUMPKIN – is made with plant oils and most importantly Pumpkin Puree which is rich in skin loving vitamin A from Beta Carotene. Enhanced with authentic essential oils of Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg, Ginger and Vanilla. We add real spices of Allspice, Turmeric and Paprika for their anti-inflammatory properties as well as color enhancement. It smells divine, reminds me of pie during the holidays!
BALSAM FIR TREE – is made with plant oils and skin softening organic Shea Butter, and is scented with authentic essential oils of Balsam Fir Needle, Cinnamon, Nutmeg. For color enhancement we use green iron oxides and Mica. It smells like a walk in a pine forest while eating spiced cookies!

We are very pleased that we now have a space right on our own Prairie Acres Farm, perfect for Herbal Consultations (it’s time to build your immune system), local pickups, try product/makeup testers, place special orders, learn about wellness and have a cup of tea. We invite you to bring a friend or two for a relaxing shopping experience on Saturday mornings, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The Farm Store is located at 42W137 Seavey Road in Sugar Grove, Illinois. A Garage/Yard Sale is still being planned! This is a huge undertaking! All proceeds to go towards the Barn Fund to renovate and repurpose our Corn Crib and or Machine Shed. The Corn Crib was built in the 1800’s by my Great Grandfather. It was used to store corn cobs and oats for the last 3 generations. I am the 4th generation owner of the Crib and want to use this building as a separate place to manufacture Earth’s Secret and Prairie Acres Farm healthy, all natural products and eventually move the Farm Store there!
